Okay kids...I know we live in Texas,BUT 80 degrees and air conditioning on Saturday and 2 days later 30 degrees and I-C-E on my front tree limbs!!!!?!?? Proof...
So what are all of y'all doing on this cold icy day?
ONLY IS TEXAS!!!! I know what you mean. It is so crazy here. I guess the old saying applies; Wait a day and the weather will change. Hope you all are fine. Looking forward to seeing you all this weekend. Love you, Dad - PaPa
Well, I am freezing my toes off my first day back at work. We have no control over the temperature in our classrooms, and apparently, the computer that runs our system seems to think that my room doesn't need heat!
I'm trying to type a final, and my fingers are icicles!
The Abster and I stayed in and watched the rain outside this morning. We ventured out to Walmart this afternoon. The part that really played into the cold day was that I made White Chili for us for supper. It was great!! And, it was perfect for the cool weather!
We drove to school (even though it takes longer to drive than walk!) and then had to get out for groceries in the rain. It was a day made to stay home and snuggle though.
Child of God, Mother, Daughter, Sister, & Friend...fasten your seat belt and hold on tight as you peek into the life of one woman raising 2 rare and beautiful treasures!

We stayed in and had a much needed work day. Not the most fun, but very productive I assure you.

Don't you just love Texas weather??? It's annoying, but I sure wouldn't want to live where they have REAL winter!!!
